Exhibit Options and Prices
Exhibitors may choose between taking raw space or a package booth. The package booth contains all the basic items for a ready-to-go booth. Additional items of furniture and lighting equipment, etc, can be ordered separately. Full details will be given in the Exhibitor's Manual which will be distributed to exhibitors nearer the event.
RAW SPACE

Note: Exhibitors who book raw space only and intend to build their own stand must take a minimum of 18 sqm (2 booths).
PACKAGE BOOTH

* All the prices above exclude 5% consumption tax.
Package booth (9sqm) includes:
Space, wall panels, carpet, fascia board with company name (Japanese & English), electrical supply up to 1kw.
How to book your stand
Complete the Application Form and return it to the JJF Secretariat Office or one of the offices listed below. An invoice will be issued upon receipt and acceptance of your application. Please note that booths will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis after the priority booking period.
The JJF Secretariat Office reserves the right to refuse applications that are deemed unsuitable for the exhibition. Applications will close when all the exhibit space has been allocated.
Payment Conditions
The first payment (50%) is required upon booking. The balance of 50% should be paid no later than March 31, 2012. All payments are non-refundable.
