Exhibitors may choose between taking raw space or a package booth. The package booth contains all the basic items for a ready-to-go booth. Additional items of furniture and lighting equipment, etc, can be ordered separately. Full details will be given in the Exhibitor's Manual which will be distributed to exhibitors nearer the event.

¥387,000 / booth (9sqm) x number of booths Note: Exhibitors who book raw space only and intend to build their own stand must take a minimum of 18 sqm (2 booths). ¥450,000 / booth (9sqm) * Minimum booth size is 9sqm. * All the prices above exclude 5% consumption tax.

Package booth (9sqm) includes: Space, wall panels, carpet, fascia with company name (Japanese & English), electrical supply up to 1kw.

Complete the Application Form and return it to CMP Business Media or one of the contact offices. An invoice will be issued upon receipt and acceptance of your application. Please note that booths will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis after the priority booking period.

The Secretariat Office (CMP Business Media) reserves the right to refuse applications that are deemed unsuitable for the exhibition. Applications will close when all the exhibit space has been allocated.
