PARTICIPATION FEES

Exhibitors may choose between taking raw space or a package booth. The package booth contains all the basic items for a ready-to-go booth. Additional items of furniture and lighting equipment, etc, can be ordered separately. Full details will be given in the Exhibitor's Manual which will be distributed to exhibitors nearer the event.

Exhibition Type/ Participation Fee

A. Package Booth (9sqm)

Standard ¥540,000(+tax)/ JJA members ¥495,000(+tax)

Package booth (9sqm) includes

Space (9sqm), partitions, carpet, company fascia  (Japanese & English),1 socket, 1 wastebasket, electrical supply up to 1kw

  • * Minimum booth size is 9sqm.

 

B. Raw Space (18sqm)

Standard ¥990,000(+tax)/ JJA members ¥900,000(+tax)

Note: Exhibitors taking raw space must book a minimum of 18sqm and have to arrange booth decoration by themselves.

 

C. Designer Pavilion Special Package Booth(6sqm)

Standard ¥300,000(+tax)

Designer Pavilion Special Package Booth(6sqm) includes

Space (6sqm), partitions, carpet, company fascia  (Japanese & English), 1 socket, 1 wastebasket, electrical supply up to 1kw

  • * Minimum booth size is 6sqm.
  • * All prices above exclude consumption tax.

Cancellation Policy

For the cancellation of participation or the reduction of booth size, the approval from the Secretariat Office on the prescribed form is mandatory.
Cancellation of participation or reduction of space size is charged as follows.

Notification received;

  • - From 1 January to 31 March 2023: Participation fee ×50%
  • - After 1 April 2023: Participation fee ×100%
  • Payment

  • An invoice will be issued after receiving the application contract. Please arrange the payment by the due date stated on the invoice.
*The exhibitor is responsible for all bank charges and other sundry charges related to the payment.
*If client submits application contract after 1st April 2023, client shall pay 100% of the fees together at the time of submission of the booking form.
